Suresh Gopi, who was last seen in The Dolphins, returns to the big screen in director M Mohanan's My God.

The actor plays the CEO of a US-based IT company.

The central character in the film is played by 15-year-old Adarsh Nair.

"The story is about a boy named Sam Thottungal, the third child of a planter.

"He was born years after the birth of his older siblings and is a loner. He is not good in studies and his parents are not happy about it. Certain unexpected events change the course of his life," explains director Mohanan.

Mohanan's earlier films are Kadha Parayumbol, Manikyakkallu and 916.

Honey Rose plays Arathi, a psychiatrist who is married to Suresh Gopi's character in the film.

The couple plays an important role in Sam's life.

Shooting for My God is currently underway in Thodupuzha.
