First Look: Sreenivasan, Sharbani in Aatmakadha

Versatile genius of Malayalam cinema, Sreenivasan, is playing a central character in the forthcoming Malayalam film Atmakadha.

It is being directed by debutant Premlal, who earlier made a few documentaries and short films. Bollywood actor Sharbani Mukherjee plays the heroine. Shooting of the film is currently underway at Kuttikkanam.

Sreenivasan is one of the finest scenarists in Malayalam. He is known for his fine performances as an actor. He has also directed two well acclaimed films -- Vadakkunokkiyanthram and Chinthavishtayaya Shyamala.

He is playing a visually challenged person in the story, who is undeterred by his circumstances. He works in a candle manufacturing unit.

Sharbani, who shot to fame with Border, has acted in Sufi Paranja Kadha recently. She plays Sreenivasan's wife in the film. Shafna plays their daughter.
