First look: Chandamama Kathalu-- An anthology of eight love stories

Director Praveen Sattaru made a mark with his debut film LBW (Life Before Wedding) and then followed it up with Routine Love Story.

Now he has come up with an anthology of eight stories – something rare in Telugu cinema. The central theme is love and eight different stories portray different aspects of love.

Chandamama Kathalu, produced by Chanakya Bhooneti stars a bevy of actors - Naresh, Aamani, Krishnudu, Lakshmi Manchu, Vennela Kishore, Chaitanya Krishna, Abhijit, Naga Shourya, Kishore, Richa Panai, Amita Rao, Krishnesvara Rao, and Surekha Vani.

Lakshmi Manchu plays a super-model, Krishnudu plays an IT guy who does not get married. Naresh and Aamani marry after 40, Naga Shourya and Abhijit essay the roles of a Muslim couple, Krishneswara Rao acts as the beggar and Chaitanya Krishna portrays the role of a 16-year-old high school kid.

Mickey J Meyer has composed the music, Suresh Ragutu is the director of photography and Dharmendra Kakarla is the editor.

Chandamama Kathalu is scheduled to release on April 25.
