The body of Feroz was kept at the farmhouse, with the media barred from entering it as the family wanted to be left alone to grieve.
His body was later carried from the farmhouse to the cemetery at Johnson market in the city, where the last rites were performed.
Actor Hrithik Roshan, wife Suzzane, actor Zayed Khan, Feroz Khan's brother Sanjay Khan, Akbar Khan were among those who arrived in the city to pay their last respects.
