"Yes, I am undertaking an anti-awards wapsi march on the morning of November 7 to the Rashtrapati Bhavan. I have an appointment with the President Pranab Mukherjee at 10 am, and that's all I am willing to tell you right now," Kher says.
How much support does he have from the film and theatre fraternity for this unusual form of protest?
"There is support, of course, though it may not be direct or open," he replies. "The march is not about numbers. It's about conviction. Even if I've to march alone, I will do it."
