PHOTO: Esha Gupta as desi Lara Croft? Not Quite!

Actress Esha Gupta, who starred in two hit films last year -- Jannat 2 and Raaz 3 -- is all set to play the desi version of Lara Croft in her next project.

In one of the first pictures of her look in the film, the actress poses in an avatar that bears uncanny resemblance to the famous Angelina Jolie character.

But a closer inspection led us to a shocking revelation.

The picture actually is of English fashion model and actress Karima Adebibe, who was chosen in 2006 as the seventh model to be Lara Croft in popular video game Tomb Raider.

In what appears to be a result of a graphic designer's brainwave, Esha's face was superimposed on Karima for the film's first pictures.
