Emraan Hashmi, who started his career with Vishesh Films' Footpath in 2003, is set to star in Invisible -- an upcoming film by the same production house -- putting rumours of strained equations between the actor and the banner's owners, Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt, to rest..

A source close to the project says, “We don’t who stands to gain from these reports about Emraan being ‘miffed’ with Bhattsaab.

'Bhattsaab only has to ask and Emraan will do the

film.”

Confirming the reports, Mahesh Bhatt said, “Emraan is in New York at present  but I spoke to him just an hour ago and he didn’t sound even remotely miffed. Our relationship is not built on quicksand.

"Emraan is starring in our next mega-project titled Invisible. It will be directed by Vikram Bhatt. It’s an original story written by Shagufta Rafique and Vikram Bhatt,” he adds.

Invisible, according to Vikram Bhatt, will be an entirely new visual and emotional experience for the audience.
