A far cry from his role as pirate Jack Sparrow in the Pirate Of The Caribbean series, Sweeny Todd sees him in a bloodthirsty avatar as a London barber who lures victims to his shop, where they are murdered and made into meat pies.
The film, directed by Tim Burton, has been nominated for four Golden Globe awards.
