The dancer is now father to a second child from former companion, actress Shar Jackson, People magazine has reported.
Jackson's manager confirmed the delivery of a baby boy at a hospital in Orange County, California.
The report added that Federline drove to the hospital to visit the mother and child. Spears did not accompany him.
Jackson and Federline already have a two-year-old daughter named Kori. The magazine quoted Federline as saying, "I love my children more than life itself."
