The star of An Interview With The Vampire, Fight Club, and Ocean's Eleven is actively promoting his new movie, Troy.
Directed by German filmmaker Wolfgang Peterson, the multi-million dollar project is set for a May 14 release in the US.
Pitt plays the Greek hero Achilles in this screen adaptation of Homer's epic poem The Iliad.
The 40 year-old Hollywood heartthrob and his gorgeous wife Jennifer Aniston (Rachel Green of the television sitcom Friends) are also ready to embrace parenthood. The couple complete four years of marriage on July 29.
As part of Troy's publicity, Pitt attended the MTV show 'TRL' for the first time at the MTV Times Square Studio in New York City.
Besides Troy, the actor's other assignments include Mr and Mrs Smith (with Angelina Jolie) and Ocean's Twelve (George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Matt Damon, Andy Garcia).
