The half-yearly report card.
Finally, Bollywood ke achche din aa gaye!
The heroines are on top this year so far, as Tanu Weds Manu Returns and Piku would have you believe.
Here’s the half-yearly report card of Bollywood's Top 10 hits.
Tanu Weds Manu Returns
Box office collection: Rs 150 crore (expected)
With almost Rs 150 crore coming in for Tanu Weds Manu Returns, the film with a budget of a mere Rs 30 crore has become an all-time blockbuster.
Director Aanand L Rai into the big league with the film, and R Madhavan staged a mighty comeback to the Hindi film industry.
Kangana Ranaut, of course, is throwing success parties, and with good, good reason.
ABCD 2 (Any Body Can Dance)
Box office collection: Rs 100 crore (expected)
ABCD 2 has taken the biggest opening of 2015, and is marching towards the Rs 100 crore mark.
With huge collections right at the beginning, Varun Dhawan has firmly established himself as the youngest and most dependable star amongst the current lot.
This is Varun's fifth and co-star Shraddha Kapoor's fourth straight success in a row.
It is also India's biggest dance movie hit ever.

Baby
Box office collection: Rs 95 crore
Akshay Kumar's Baby came pretty close to the Rs 100 crore mark.
Directed by Neeraj Pandey, the filmenjoyed good word-of-mouth publicity.
This is the only song-less film to cover such a huge distance; a feat in itself.
Gabbar Is Back
Box office collection: Rs 87 crore
It's been a good year for Akshay Kumar.
After Baby, Akshay scored again with Gabbar Is Back.
The film enjoyed the biggest opening and first weekend of the year, before ABCD 2 broke the record recently.
At a time when south remakes are being shunned, Akshay and director Krish made sure that Gabbar Is Back counted in a big way.
Piku
Box office collection: Rs 80 crore
The biggest surprise grosser of the year, Piku exceeded all expectations.
A mid-budget film, which had none of the trappings of a commercial entertainer, Piku was got great reviews.
The Deepika Padukone-Amitabh Bachchan-Irrfan Khan combo went from strength to strength and enjoyed a long run in theatres.
Dil Dhadakne Do
Box office collection: Rs 78 crore (expected)
Much was expected from this big budget extravaganza. After all, Dil Dhadakne Do is the only multi-starrer to have released so far this year.
But the film was too urban to really pick on, and did well only in select territories.
Still, Rs 78 crore is a good score.
Badlapur
Box office collection: Rs 51 crore
The only A-certified film to cross the Rs 50 crore mark this year, Badlapur went from strength to strength on the basis of positive word-of-mouth publicity.
The Varun Dhawan-Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer was a dark and violent affair but the audience didn't mind that and gave it a thumbs-up.
Varun showed the range of his performance and director Sriram Raghavan got a deserving hit to his name.
NH10
Box office collection: Rs 33 crore
Another A-certified film that did really well was Anushka Sharma's debut production, NH-10.
It saw a slow opening but picked up after good word-of-mouth publicity.
Directed by Navdeep Singh, the film was targeted at certain centres, and did well where it was intended to.
Dum Laga Ke Haisha
Box office collection: Rs 30 crore
Dum Laga Ke Haisha opened at a mere Rs 1 crore but it went on to do 30 times the number!
This, even though lead actor Ayushmann Khurranna had delivered a huge disaster in Hawaizaada not too long ago and its lead actress was a newcomer (Bhumi Pednekar).
Ek Paheli Leela
Box office collection: Rs 27 crore
Sunny Leone's Ek Paheli Leela was not a top hit but in a year where successful films have been difficult to come by -- and very few managed to cross Rs 25 crore -- this one managed decent collections.
Sunny Leone has delivered bigger successes in Ragini MMS 2 and Jism 2 before, but Ek Paheli was a good effort.
