Irrfan Khan has begun shooting for Angrezi Medium, a sequel to Hindi Medium, in Udaipur.
Hindi Medium was one of the top grossers of 2017, the third most profitable film of that year.
The film revolved around a well-off Chandni Chowk couple (played by Irrfan and Saba Qamar) who aspire to break into elite society and give their daughter the best education possible -- in English.
Angrezi Medium has a different plot and will be directed by Homi Adajania.
