Atul Kulkarni to play slain journalist J-Dey in Zanjeer 2.0?

Apoorva Lakhia's Zanjeer 2.0 has ensemble cast of Ram Charan, Sanjay Dutt, Priyanka Chopra, Prakash Raj, Mahie Gill and Atul Kalkarni amongst others.

It is apparently based on the oil mafia and will see Telugu actor Ram Charan try his best to eliminate the deadly cartels.

What's intriguing is that Atul Kulkarni’s character is apparently inspired by slain Mid-day journalist J-Dey.

Zanjeer 2.0 is slated to release on September 6.
