Amitabh Bachchan preferred to have a quiet birthday this year.
So the family reportedly whisked off to Maldives.
The Bachchans -- including Jaya, Aishwarya, Aaradhya, Shweta and Navya Naveli -- reportedly booked into their favourite resort, where they had celebrated Abhishek's 40th birthday.
The senior Bachchan's 75th birthday could not, of course, be brought in without fireworks.
That, clearly, is what happened. Abhishek shares this picture as proof on Instagram.
He captioned it, '75 and still stylin’!!! Happy birthday Pa.'
