Akashdeep Saighal will enter the Bigg Boss house tonight.
The actor started his career with the film Pyar Mein Kabhi Kabhi but became a household name thanks to his bad boy portrayal of Ansh Gujral in the popular soap Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.
So did he get the show because of his villainous image? "I guess I got the show because of my personality, not because of any set image," he says. "I don't have a strategy; I want to be myself and win Bigg Boss."
What does he think about
Pooja Missra and the other contestants in the house? "I haven't thought of Pooja at all," he replies. "If at all, I would like to date Raageshwari who, ironically, is
out. I know Amar (
Upadhyay) socially. It's a coincidence that we were part of
Kyunki."
He has been a part of many reality shows like
Jhalak Dikhhla Ja, Comedy Circus, Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao and
Zor Ka Jhatka. He tells us why he loves doing reality shows: "I have been doing reality shows because it's less time consuming and pays well also."
