Bollywood's women seem to become prettier as they age.
In fact, the 40s brigade is gorgeous and really, ageless.
Take a look, and we're sure you'd agree.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, 42
None of the industry norms apply to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
She remained just as successful after marriage and a baby, and is on the wishlist of many filmmakers.
Her comeback film Jazbaa was well-received, and she has signed on some big projects -- Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, a biopic on Sarabjit Singh, and Sujoy Ghosh's Durga Rani.
More power to Ash!
Tabu, 44
Continuing to make her presence felt in Bollywood, Tabu shows off her talent in good films like Haider and Drishyam.
We look forward to another powerhouse performance in Fitoor, the Abhishek Kapoor film that is based on Charles Dickens' classic Great Expectations.

Kajol, 41
We haven't seen Kajol as much as we'd like to.
Her last movie appearances were in 2010, with My Name Is Khan and We Are Family.
The actress makes a fine pair with Shah Rukh Khan -- we've got pictures to prove it -- and we will see them together again in the December release, Dilwale.

Madhuri Dixit, 48
Madhuri Dixit looked gorgeous in her recent film, Dedh Ishqiya and Gulaab Gang, but the films did not quite cover the distance.
But her diva status was maintained with her presence in the reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

Karisma Kapoor, 41
So her comeback film Dangerous Ishq was a disaster.
But she's still in the spotlight, thanks to her brand endorsements and advertisements.
What's more, her seven-year-old daughter Samiera has already made her first film!

Shilpa Shetty, 40
One look at that picture, and no one would say she's 40.
The gorgeous Shilpa Shetty still has one of the most enviable figures in Bollywood, and she makes sure people notice!
Every now and then, she shows herself off in reality shows like Nach Baliye and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

Raveena Tandon, 41
Raveena Tandon puts in an appearance every now and then in films like Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap and Bombay Velvet.
But she will be seen in a full length role finally in Onir's Shab, scheduled to release next year.
Movie roles apart, is Raveena still the mast mast girl? Absolutely!

Malaika Arora Khan, 42
Like her gorgeous mother-in-law Helen, Malaika Arora Khan is one of the most popular item girls in the industry, and age will never factor for her.
Whatever she dances to -- from Chaiyya Chaiyya to Munni Badnaam -- Malaika is top notch.
Let's wait and watch if Dabangg 3 will give her another performance to remember her by.
Do look at pictures from Malaika's glamorous life.

Sonali Bendre, 40
Still a stunner, Sonali Bendre is busy shooting for the telly show, Mission Sapne, and looking gorgeous in it.

Preity Zinta, 40
The gorgeous Preity Zinta seems to have taken a break from the movies, and we're missing her already.
Her next release is Sunny Deol's Bhaiyyaji Superhitt, which has been in the making for a long time.

Juhi Chawla, 48
We saw a whole new side of Juhi Chawla in Gulaab Gang, and quite loved it.

Bhagyashree, 46
Yes, it's true. Bhagyashree is 46 years old.
The gorgeous actress, whom we fell in love with 25 years ago in Maine Pyaar Kiya, still looks refreshing.
Bhagyashree tells us movie offers never stopped coming, and it's quite easy to believe. For now, she's busy playing mom to an 18-year old in the TV show, Laut Aao Trisha.

Manisha Koirala, 45
So her last film Bhoot Returns didn't quite scare us.
But Manisha Koirala looks just as appealing as she did all those years ago.
Let's hope we see much more from this cancer survivor.
