Sanjay Gupta's White Feather Films will soon launch its first film after Sanjay Dutt broke away from the production house.
Titled Acid Factory, the film will boast of a big star cast like Fardeen Khan, Bipasha Basu, Irrfan Khan, Manoj Bajpai, Dino Morea, Aftab Shivdasani and Danny Denzongpa. It will be directed by Suparn Verma, a former rediff.com staffer, and director of the Fardeen-starrer, Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena.
"The film is set in an acid factory. In fact, that's one of the principal locations in the film. The acid factory is like an important character. That's why the film is called Acid Factory," Suparn tells us.
An action thriller, each actor in Acid Factory will get a new look for the film. For that, special diets as well as training will be given to each actor. Prashant, who is Shah Rukh Khan's personal trainer, will train the cast.
The film will be shot in two back-to-back schedules in India and abroad, starting from May. Locations are still being finalised. The music will be scored by Salim Sulieman.
The formal launch of Acid Factory will take place next month. It is scheduled to release by the end of this year.
