Tiger Shroff has bought an eight-bedroom apartment in Khar, north west Mumbai.

The place is being done up by Interior Designer Alan Abraham, who is also John Abraham's younger brother.

Tiger's brief to Alan: Keep the rooms free of clutter please.

"I have bought a new home for my family," Tiger tells me. "It's wrong to say I bought it for myself. It is for my parents and sister."

"It is the best feeling in the world to give back to your family what you have earned."

It would be unthinkable for the actor to move into a new place without his family.

"They are the reason why I am earning. To not have them with me is a thought I would never like to entertain," he says.

Parents Jackie and Ayesha Shroff, sister Krishna and Tiger will move into their new home early next year.

Varun Dhawan is the other new-generation star who bought himself a new home recently.

His parents Karuna and David Dhawan continue to stay in their old home with Varun's elder brother Rohit, his wife Jaanvi and baby daughter.

It's not as if Varun stays far away from his family -- his new apartment is in the same building :))
