Rohit Shetty's cops universe just got bigger, what with Akshay Kumar's righteous cop from Sooryvanshi all set to join Rohit's Singham.

Even as Sooryavanshi's release is delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic, we hear Rohit intends to make Singham 3 next.

Says a source in the know, "Singham is on the anvil next with Ajay Devgn. That's what Rohit is directing in 2021. And just as Devgn has an extended cameo in Akshay's Sooryavanshi, Akshay will be making a prominent guest appearance in Singham 3 alongside Ajay."

We can't wait to see where this khaki-coloured bhai-chara goes.

Katrina Kaif was all but finalised for the female lead in Vikas Bahl's next. But then a day after the announcement, she apparently denied saying yes to the project.

Sources say Katrina had not anticipated a backlash.

Vikas, it may be recalled, had been accused of sexual misconduct two years ago by an employee of Phantom Films of which he was one of the founders.

Vikas was cleared of all charges by the internal complaints committee of the production house Reliance Entertainment (Phantom Flms was affiliated to Reliance) in 2019.

Katrina, sources say, was told that Vikas was cleared of the charges and agreed to feature in his film.

But when faced with a backlash on social media she quickly withdrew from the film, leaving Vikas's first project after Super 30 with a big question mark.

Salman Khan is on a role-shopping spree.

Barely had he completed and released Dabangg 3 than he began work on another film with the same director, Prabhudheva.

With Radhe now almost complete and being readied for an Eid release, Salman is all set to begin shooting Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali with Producer-Director Sajid Nadiadwala from mid-2020.

That's not all. The latest project that Salman has given the nod to is the third film in the Tiger franchise.

After Kabir Khan's Ek Tha Tiger and Ali Abbas Zafar's Tiger Zinda Hai, Salman is all set for Tiger 3 to be shot from early 2021.

The question is who will direct Tiger 3?

Salman has fallen out with both Kabir Khan and Ali Abbas Zafar who directed Parts 1 and 2. And Prabhudheva, who was being considered to direct the third Tigerfilm, is no longer in Salman's good books.

The buzz is that Salman may direct Tiger 3 himself. As a close friend of Salman says, "Bhai is ghost-directing most of his own films."
