Dutt's marriage to Manyata on February 7 has run into trouble after authorities in Goa sent a legal notice to Manyata, asking for proof of residence.
Adding to the controversy was a petition filed by an accused lodged in Arthur Road jail, Meeraj-ur-Rehman, who claimed to be Manyata's legal husband.
Both the newly-weds have refrained from commenting on the issue.
