Aamir Khan's Ghajini will release in theatres on schedule on December 25, as the Bombay High Court refused to stay its release. The hearing has been adjourned until December 26.

Trouble for the film started when the Madras High Court stayed its worldwide release on December 23, after the producers of the original Tamil film objected to the Hindi version.

Aamir's Ghajini is a remake of A R Murugadoss' Tamil film, Ghajini, starring Surya, Asin and Nayantara. Murugadoss and Asin are part of the Hindi film as well.

Further details awaited.
