Aamir Khan's missing brother, Faisal who was found at a hill station near Pune has been sent for medical examination at J J hospital by a local court in Mumbai till October 20.

Faisal, it seems, is waiting for a medical report in which he believes he will be declared mentally fit.

During this period, Faisal will be allowed to meet only his friend Mohammad Haroon Beg. Incidentally, the court had instructed Faisal's father, Tahir to pick up his son, but the latter failed to turn up.

Earlier, Faisal told the tabloid Mumbai Mirror that he had gone in hiding because Aamir had kept him forcibly confined in one place and declared that he was insane.

'I am okay, Aamir is not,' Faisal told the newspaper.

The police traced him to Khandala, a hill station near Pune, and brought him back to Mumbai. It is learnt that the Mumbai police will produce him in court today and then send him for psychiatric tests. His father Tahir Hussain has been asked to be present in court as well.

There seems to be bad blood between Faisal and his star brother, since the former's acting career never really took off. His personal life has also been in shambles after he divorced his wife, Samiya.

Aamir, who regularly puts up updates on his life and events on his website, preferred to remain silent on the issue.

Faisal's only support has been in the form of his father. Tahir Hussain even wrote a letter to the Mumbai police on September 29 stating that Faisal was sane.
