Ram Gopal Varma's latest film Sarkar premiered in Mumbai on Wednesday night.

The evening's glamour quotient was enormously high as each star made sure his own set of Bollywood buddies was present.

Amitabh Bachchan's guest list included people like Sachin Tendulkar, Rani Mukerji, and Shah Rukh Khan.

Rekha (left, above) posed smilingly with Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan, as did her Cannes-rocking Bachke Rehna Re Baba co-star, Mallika Sherawat. (left, below)

And then there was Aishwarya Rai, (below) making her first public appearance since she returned from London, where she was shooting for Jag Mundhra's Provoked.

The theatre in suburban Mumbai was totally blown away by the famous Bollywood faces.

Now let's see how the big film, which releases on Friday, July 1, does.

Don't miss the Sarkar review!
