Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf wants to meet Bollywood producer-director Yash Chopra when the General visits India on Saturday.

Sources in Islamabad say Musharraf is very upset with the story of Veer-Zaara, which was produced and directed by Chopra.

In the hit movie, Shah Rukh Khan plays an Indian Air Force officer who falls in love with a Pakistani girl, and is illegally imprisoned in a Pakistan jail. After 22 years, a Pakistani lawyer (Rani Mukerji) rescues him.

Musharraf

recently told a senior editor that Pakistan had never arrested or kept in confinement any IAF officer. The Pakistan President found it unfair of Chopra to 'show Pakistan in bad light.'

Chopra has been sent a special invitation for a dinner on April 17 at 8 pm in New Delhi's Taj Mansingh hotel.

The dinner is organised by Aziz Ahmed Khan, Pakistan's high commissioner in India, for select personalities from varied fields.

Musharraf is expected to convey his displeasure to Chopra in person.
