Jennifer Lopez' ex-husband Ojani Noa is now claiming that he has been fired unfairly as the manager of her California eatery, Madre's. Mariied to her second husband, Cris Judd, at the time, Lopez decided to employ first-spouse Noa to control affairs of her Pasadena restaurant in April 2002.
Noa and Lopez were married for a year in 1997, when he was a waiter. He quit his job managing top Los Angeles club The Conga Room after J Lo promised not to fire him 'without good cause of reason.' The new job paid $208,000 a year.
In his lawsuit, reports IMDb.com, Noa alleges that he was fired from his job in October 2002 -- in a Lopez timeline, the month of the ill-fated engagement to Ben Affleck -- without cause. The suit states: 'Mr Noa tried to call Ms Lopez to find out what prompted this sudden change of events. His calls went unreturned.'
Perhaps Madame Lopez ought consider entering reality televison.
