They have been badly hammered due to the negative sentiment caused by the governments actions to curb cement prices. If you are a longer term investor then there could be value in the frontline cement stocks with a long term outlook.

Plus there are a host of news channels whom they need to compete with. I would rather go with a TV18 who are more aggressive in creating shareholder value.
