All the nine accused, except Satyam founder B Ramalinga Raju who is undergoing treatment for his hepatic ailment at NIMS's hospital here, were produced before the XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court after expiry of their judicial custody on Wendesday.
The judge wanted to question all the Satyam accused on the allegations and charges mentioned in the supplementary chargesheets after which the framing of charges against Rajuand others will be taken up by the court, CBI's deputy legal advisor B Ravindranath told PTI.
"The judge wanted to question all the accused, but, as Raju, was not produced before the court today, the judge posted the matter for February 17," Ravindranath said, adding that the prosecution will submit documents on the same date on a separate chargesheet filed by CBI over filing of 'false' income tax returns by Raju and others.
Meanwhile, the designated CBI court also extended the judicial remand of all the ten accused till February 17.
Except Ramalinga Raju, other Satyam scam accused are lodged at Chanchalguda jail while another accused B Suryanarana Raju, is on anticipatory bail.
