Scandent Solutions Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary Scandent Group, USA has acquired US-based Nexplicit, a leading SAP services provider with a strong focus on entertainment and high-technology manufacturing industries, according to an official release issued to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

"SAP continues to dominate the enterprise solutions market and we are delighted to augment our presence in this area with the acquisition of Nexplicit, a SAP consulting partner with an American blue-chip client base. We are impressed with Nexplicit's strong management team, client base and client relations, which will provide numerous synergistic opportunities," Dilip Keshu, chief of strategy & corporate development officer at Scandent, said.

"The addition of this profitable company will also boost revenue and margins for Scandent's IT division," he added.
