IT services company Scandent Solutions Corporation Ltd on Monday said its division Albion bagged an order worth $34 million from the state of Tennessee in the US for developing and implementing a vision integration platform.

The VIP system will provide comprehensive automated support for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, food stamps, medical aid and TennCare as well as other state supported programmes.

The order, secured from Tennessee's department of human services, entails the implementation of Albion's '@Vantage Health and Human Services' framework, which is the selected eligibility platform in use in Massachusetts, Wyoming and Minnesota.

Albion will use '@Vantage' to implement a solution designed for Tennessee that will provide improved client-focused service delivery, enabling the Tennessee citizens to access services via the internet, while improving operational efficiencies by streamlining business processes.

"We are delighted by this win in Tennessee and the commitment by another State to Albion's @Vantage HHS platform, " Rob Marchant, president of Albion, said.
