The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected scam-tainted Satyam Computer founder B Ramalinga Raju's plea seeking extension of time beyond November 10 to surrender.
He now has to surrender on Wednesday.
The SC had earlier cancelled Raju's bail and directed him to surrender by November 10.
He
had moved an application in this regard on account of bad health and ongoing family settlement.
His application, however, did not say anything on how much time he needed to surrender.
The trial into the Rs 14,000-crore (Rs 140 billion) Satyam Computer mega scam formally began at a special court in Hyderabad on Monday with the examination of two witnesses produced by the Central Bureau of Investigation.
