The special court dealing with multi-crore Satyam scam case on Monday adjourned the examination and hearing of charges of Satyam accused to July 29.
Except Ramalinga Raju, who is in judicial remand and undergoing treatment for Hepatitis-C at Nizam Institute of Medical Science, all the nine accused, who are on bail, were present in the court here on Monday.
On discharge petitions filed by two accused Ch Srisailam and Suryanarayana Raju, brother of Ramalinga Raju, the XXI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Special Court) observed that the petition was not maintainable and unwarranted at this stage.
