Republic Day offer: SpiceJet slashes fares

The three-day sale launched today will be open for booking till midnight of January 27 for travel between February 1 and April 12.

Low-cost airline SpiceJet on Monday said it has rolled out a special one-way low-fare offer, starting at Rs 826 sans taxes for domestic flights and Rs 3026 plus taxes for an international journey for a limited period to commemorate the Republic Day.

The discount offer is applicable on select flights across SpiceJet's domestic and international, the airline said.

The three-day sale launched today will be open for booking till midnight of January 27 for travel between February 1 and April 12, it said, noting that the offer is available on first-come-first-served basis.

"Honouring the spirit of patriotism and celebrating the flavour of oneness, we, at SpiceJet, are proud to announce our special Republic Day sale offer. This is yet another endeavor to ensure that we make air travel affordable for more Indians," Shilpa Bhatia, senior vice president (Commercial), SpiceJet said.

While tickets under this offer are non-refundable (statutory taxes are refundable) they are changeable with a change in fee and payment of the fare difference, the airline said.
