'Stress needs to be put on railway security'

Railway safety record is better this year than previous years but much more needs to be done, Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu told the Lok Sabha on Thursday.

Presenting the Railway Budget in the Lower House, the minister said the rate of railway accidents has gone down 20 per cent.
