MCS Ltd has informed BSE that Rajveer Singh, wholetime director has resigned from the board as well as employment of the company and his resignation has been accepted by the board in its meeting held on January 27, 2003.

He will be relieved from the services of the company as on end of business hours on February 7, 2003.
