The proposed flight will operate six times a week with a Boeing 737-800 aircraft having 170 Economy seats, the airline said in statement.
The airline currently operates daily direct flights to Dubai from Delhi and four services a day from Mumbai.
The new flight 9W-532 will depart Mangalore at 8 pm and arrive in Dubai at 2230 hours (local time) on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, it said.
On the return leg, the flight will depart Dubai at 11.30 pm (local time) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, and arrive in Mangalore at 0430 hours (local time)
