The board of directors of Jaipur Polyspin Ltd at their meeting held on January 25, 2003 appointed N L Bhuwania as Managing Director in place of S L Dhanuka who expired on December 16, 2002.
The board also appointed Mrigank as an Additional Director
C K Dhanuka was elected as Chairman of the company in place of S L Dhanuka who expired on December 16, 2002.
