After quitting Infosys Technologies Limited as its senior vice-president and group head, human resources, Hema Ravichandar has now joined Mercer Human Resource Consulting as an independent consultant.
She will be working with Mercer's human capital business in a strategic consulting capacity with immediate effect, Mercer said in a statement.
"Hema Ravichandar will work with Mercer's global leaders to assist in executing their change management strategies, re-engineering their HR structures and processes, and where applicable, in off-shoring them to more cost-effective locations," the statement said.
Mercer provides HR and related financial advice, products and services, with more than 14,000 employees serving clients in 149 cities and 41 countries and territories worldwide.
