The pricing of natural gas will be discussed by the group of ministers concerned on January 29, Union Petroleum Minister Ram Naik said on Wednesday.
Naik told reporters on the sidelines of the Chemtech International Conference 2003 that the bill pertaining to gas pricing is already before the standing committee and will be tabled in Parliament after the panel takes a decision.
Naik said in the interim, the central government would take an appropriate decision regarding gas prices as and when the situation demanded.
