Eicher to file EoI for divestment of PSIDC stake

Eicher Ltd has informed BSE that the board of directors in their meeting held on January 11 has decided to file an Expression of Interest in response to the Preliminary Information Memorandum issued by KPMG for divestment of Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd stake in Punjab Tractors Ltd.

The company shall file

the said Expression of Interest as lead member along with Eicher Motors Ltd, a group associate company.

It has also been decided to explore the possibility of finding a suitable partner for the purpose of forming a consortium for filing the Expression of Interest.
