Yamaha Crux S at Rs 33,152!

Motorcycle maker Yamaha Motor India on Thursday launched Crux S.

The new Crux S will be available at a price of Rs 33,152 (ex-showroom Delhi), the company said in a release.

"Crux S will provide our patrons a dependable bike option that makes an excellent value for money propositions," said H Yanagi, CEO and managing director, Yamaha Motor India.

Crux S comes with certain cosmetic changes over the existing models in the series. It comes equipped with multi-reflector headlight and indicators, wet-air-filter and air induction system for a cleaner fuel emisson.

Equipped with a 106 cc engine, the company has claimed a mileage of 91 km per litre under standard test conditions.

HYanagi, CEO and managing director, Yamaha Motor India said,  "CRUX S will provide our patrons a dependable bike option that makes an excellent value for money proposition. Taking on from the previous popular model Crux in the economy segment, the new Crux S too offers superior fuel efficiency and affordability. It has a multi-reflector stylish headlight and indicators offer better illumination, coupled with a shining chrome body with stylish graphics that add to the international classy looks.

The broad cushioned seats are perfectly tailor-made for a comfortable riding and the tough; double cradle frame is designed for an ultimate balance and maneuverability.

The Crux S is everything that a bike rider would like to possess -- ergonomic switch for better ease and convenience. The adjustable shockers take you on a smooth ride even on the most rough and inhospitable terrains. The mudguards are wider from the bottom that will help avoid a mud-splash, and will be rust free.

The clutch cover is easy to open and is designed in a way that the rider will feel less heat while riding. The new Crux S also comes equipped with a wet-air filter that will arrest dust better and thus contribute to a better engine life.

The tyres on the new bike are Dunlop that will offer a better road grip and performance while riding.
