When launched in 2005, Hyunda Tucson was a showstopper.
Unfortunately, its sales did not gather any momentum, though it was better than the more popular Hyundai Terracan.
Later, Hyundai discontinued the SUV in favour of the modern Santa Fe.
This new version of the Tucson is among Hyundai's newest launches internationally.
It holds much promise in its stylish and bolder avatar.
Hyundai will be slotting this SUV between the Creta and the Santa Fe.
Priced at around Rs 25 lakh (ex-showroom New Delhi), Tucson packs a 2.0L (1,995 cc) four-cylinder turbo-diesel that produces 136 KW (182 hp) and 400 Nm of torque.
