R P Singh, auditor and member of CAG has alleged that the CAG's report on the 2G spectrum auctions has inflated the actual loss to the exchequer as Rs 1.76 lakh crore (Rs 1.76 trillion). He has said that the "adjustments" were made at the behest of BJP member Murli Manohar
