On Tuesday IndiGo launched its revamped website with new functions and features, to make the customer interaction smoother and hassle-free. The changes in website design will also enable the airline to increase web bookings and reduce productivity bonuses.
The new look website allows passengers option to book multi leg journeys and offers lowest fare details on home page, seven day fare display, monthly fare calendar, IndiGo said.
AirAsia began flights from Bengaluru base last June and is launching flights to Delhi in summer schedule. Also Vistara today announced new flights from Delhi to Guwahati and Bagdogra and is planning new destinations with induction of its sixth aircraft in April.
“The addition of this route reaffirms our commitment to promote regional connectivity in India, and contribute to the Government’s efforts to boost trade and opening up development avenues for people in these regions. We are very happy to expand our operations to both Guhawati and Bagdogra and we feel that improved travel prospects will provide these cities with the rightful visibility they deserve,” said Phee Teik Yeoh, CEO, Vistara.
