Global outsourcing major H-Cube has integrated three of its subsidiaries, including the recently acquired Indian company, Zenta, under a single brand. The new brand will now house the operations of four companies -- Zenta, Global Realty Outsourcing and Blackheath Financial, apart from H-Cube -- under a new brand, also called Zenta.

The US-based H-Cube had earlier acquired Zenta from Indian real estate major Hiranandani group. At present, Zenta employs over 4,700 personnel in India across two centres in Chennai and three in Mumbai.

Global Realty Outsourcing is another subsidiary of H-Cube that has operations in India. It has two centres in Chennai and employs over 600 people, while Blackheath Financial is a US-based subsidiary.

According to Jaswinder Ghumman, the new country head of the integrated Zenta,  this integration would help in creating one of the world's largest business and knowledge process outsourcing (BPO and KPO) companies that will focus on financial services and real estate sectors.
