What is the existing structure for supply of raw materials to factories?

All the raw material to our Vikhroli factory  is sent by the suppliers.

To our factories at Shirwal and Mohali we have a 3 PL partner who does a milk run to various vendors located in the vicinity, consolidates and supplies material to the production line.

What are the problems in logistics you face and how do you combat these?

Logistics service providers are mostly unorganised and have a long way to go to catch up with the world leaders, however there has been a lot of change seen in the last two years and slowly our players in the industry are catching up with the world leaders.
