Anil Ambani-controlled entertainment company Adlabs Films Ltd said on Thursday it will acquire a majority stake in Synergy Communications Pvt Ltd.
Adlabs Films informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it had signed a letter of intent to acquire the stake in Synergy Communications, a Delhi-based company headed by Siddhartha Basu.
Shares of Adlabs were trading at Rs 339.75 on the BSE on Thursday, up 2.30 per cent.
