Mumbai to host leaders' summit in Nov

Twelve of world's business leaders have confirmed their participation for the first Global Leaders India Summit to be held in Mumbai on November 28-29.

The panel of confirmed speakers include Rudolph Giuliani, former mayor of New York, Tom Peters, business thinker, Carly Fiorina, former chairperson & CEO, Hewlett-Packard, Louis V Gerstner Jr, former chairman, IBM Corporation, and Martin Roll, leading strategist on Asian branding excellence.

India Inc captains, who will share their experiences at the summit, include Sunil Bharti Mittal, Naina Lal Kidwai, Vijay Mallya, F C Kohli, Madhur Bajaj, Kishore Biyani and JJ Irani.

The speakers will address over 500 delegates during the two-day event and interact with select business people in private 'Up Close and Personal' sessions.

Ms Tina Schneidermann, president of Global Leaders, the event organizer, said, "We are extremely pleased to bring the Global Leaders Summit to India.

"This premier event will provide business executives, entrepreneurs and government officials in India with a great opportunity to learn from and interact with 12 foremost leaders in the world, all of whom have confirmed their attendance.

"The strong line-up of global speakers include Indian names who will provide valuable insights on leadership."
