Indian Airlines has extended 'round-the-clock' flight helpline facility to all the cities in the country, a senior official said on Wednesday.

'The helpline is a one-point contact to find out information regarding departure, arrival timings, schedule, fares, seat availability, telephonic reservation, checking the current status of booking or finding details about any new offer from IA,' M.Selvaraj, area marketing manager, IA Madurai, said.

The customers need to know only one toll free number to contact IA from anywhere in India from a BSNL landline or mobile. The toll free number is 16001801407.

The IA helpline offered multi-language option apart from Hindi and English. The facility is available in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, and Gujarati.
