Business process outsourcing firm Progeon Ltd, a subsidiary of Infosys Technologies Ltd, and enterprise software applications provider Aceva Technologies Inc have formed a partnership to offer finance and accounting solutions.
"For clients, this represents a unique opportunity to simultaneously take advantage of the cost and process improvements offered by BPO and technology-enabled efficiencies in a well managed, risk mitigated fashion," Progeon said in a statement on Wednesday.
Aceva will provide software product technology designed to streamline the quote-to-cash process, and Progeon will manage the knowledge transfer and execution of the actual order management and accounts receivables process, it said.
