In a move that could help Indian business process outsourcing companies establish their presence in the Commonwealth countries, the Commonwealth Business Council has created a 'facilitaton cell' for 'match-making' exercise in 54 member countries.

"India is one country whose BPO activities are dominant only within the Commonwealth countries. Since India's technological edge is established in the BPO sector, the cell will expedite the match-making exercise so that India's position within the Commonwealth will go even higher," an Assocham release said in New Delhi, quoting Mohan Kaul, CBC director general.
